Our Returns Policy

Products can be returned to us within 14 days of the original purchase date. All returned items must be in a new and unused condition with all of their original labels intact and in their original packaging.

Full-priced, unused, unopened items are eligible for a return within 14 days of receipt if the item is in its original packaging with all labels attached.

Cost of shipping for returns is required to be paid by the customer. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), Outdoor Search will issue a refund for the original purchase price, excluding the shipping cost.

Exchanges are possible for items in original condition and of the same order value. Exchanges are only valid for 14 days from the date of purchase.

The cost of shipping for exchanges is the customer’s responsibility to and from Outdoor Search.Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and you must pay to ship your item back to us.

How do I return an item?

Please remember to include a short note with the goods. Please be sure to include:

Your name and address
Your order number
The items you are returning
The reason for the return

Securely package your item(s) and return the parcel to us at the following address:

Write to us at support@outdoorsearch.com for return instructions. We will provide a physical address for you to mail your insured and carefully packed item to.

I’ve received the wrong item, or my item is faulty. How do I return this?

If your order is damaged, incorrect or faulty in any way, please email us your order number, a description of the issue, along with a few photos of the fault if possible. Not all items necessarily need to be returned, but if they do, we will arrange a prepaid returns label for you. Some products may need to be returned to the manufacturer for inspection before a final decision can be made. This can take a few weeks, but we will always do our best to expedite this process.
